Who says that only weddings should take the cake? JD CAMP Event Center is a beautiful, private venue that allows people to come together to celebrate everything worth celebrating. We cater to every occasion, from a birthday party to a corporate meeting to an elegant anniversary dinner.

Private Celebrations (Other than Weddings)
OUR BASE PACKAGE
Use our beautiful and peaceful venue for any event your heart desires. We’re the perfect center for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate conferences, Celebrations of Life, and social gatherings. Bookings are available for any day, but hourly pricing below for the base package is for Sunday through Friday.
Minimum event center rental for Saturday events is $1200 (6 hours) plus event insurance, and security if alcohol is served. Must be booked within 4 months of the event date.
- Minimum 3 hours access at $175/hour, plus Event Insurance
- Lush 10-acre setup space nestled in 288 acres of woods
- An incredible amphitheater, hall, and beautiful pond with fountains
- Tables (5’ & 6’ round, square, and 6’ & 8’ rectangular), two styles of chairs
- Event insurance retrieval assistance. Links to our insurance company partnerships can be found on the Preferred Vendors page.
- Set up, tear down, and cleaning
ADD-ONS
- Additional time ($150/hr)
- Food truck accommodation (parking, electricity, and water). You would be responsible for booking the food truck, and they must provide their Certificate of Insurance.
- Caterer accommodation (use of our warming kitchen with ice machine, commercial refrigeration, counter space, and serving window). You would be responsible for booking the catering service, and they must provide their Certificate of Insurance.
- Security is required for any package that includes the serving of alcohol. Security is provided by Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office at $45/hour; one officer for each 100 guests.
- We can provide a sound engineer, at $55/hour for social events, $100/hour for corporate events, to play your media via our State-of-the-art music systems, TV, and/or microphones.
